At the beginning of September, Cunning Media’s James and Sarah flew to Amsterdam to attend IBC Show (International Broadcasting Convention). A global showcase of inspiring broadcast technology!
We went to catch up on all the latest innovations and have face-to-face meetings with developers and manufacturers – and it was a blast!
We saw tonnes of companies and new tech. Here are our highlights:
Adobe Premiere Pro and Avid - Media Composer, both video editing software we use, and BlackMagic - Davinci Resolve - DIT colour grading editing software that we also use.
Sony - Cameras - FX9 camera we use on Channel 4’s H
andmade series. We had a great talk with their software engineers and it was good to see the Venice extension pack in person.
Canon - Cameras – eg. C300 iii is a camera we used on The Great British Bake Off. We had an in-person demo of their ultra-low light camer as which are great for filming wildlife at night!
